PEP for Readability

My Refactored #9 PR makes this project PEP8 compliant. I agree, it was easy to follow to begin with.

How to use it?

I agree a requirements.txt or environment.yml file is needed. I'm running into some tensorflow errors about using the `+=` operator. I was able to get past them by replacing them...
