@fvsegarra In my test, I have seen that this is fixed. Didn't find a commit for it, but seems to have at least been corrected for my given example. Thanks!
This also happens for moving files in Windows Explorer. This also changes the upload date. 
@t3chguy, as you dealt with the duplicate, can you triage this issue? This doesn't have all proper labels applied and possibly some other parameters can be set for it.
@bryzgaloff it seems to be easy to create a PR that fixes this, right? Unfortunately, this repository seems to be a little bit dormant right now. But hopefully, these improvements...
@KimigaiiWuyi I suggest you split both things to have the PRs separated, if possible.
Ah, got it. Just read through the comments and had a brief look. I thought it was meant to fix an unrelated bug.
