I can confirm that [the patch](https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/25580) worked for me on Fedora 39. Additionally, since it uses LLVM 17, [another patch](https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/24879) must also be applied in order for compilation to succeed...
