Update scholar.py to help collecting citation statistics

Features added to do the following:

  • allow to specify the article by ID for which citing articles should be retrieved (-T flag)
  • allow retrieval of the articles citing the article ID passed in the command line
  • save all citing articles BiBTeX entries in a file
