Weird scroll behaviour with inertia scrolling (OSX)

This is because the scroll snap is trying to kick in, see: https://github.com/ckrack/scrollsnap-polyfill/issues/8

Any updates on the library, is library still maintained? Haven't seen it being updated or any updates on issues for quite a while now @ckrack
