Remove / Re-style topnav
I'm thinking about removing the topnav alltogether, or restyling it.
The main reason is, that i do not want this to be used by phishers to create facebook lookalikes for scamming.
The topnav is mainly left in place just for the example pages - i guess apps won't really use a pinned navigation anyways.
The question is, whether it should be removed, seeing as it just increases the filesize, or restyled in case someone wants to use it.
Why is that fboostrap be used only for facebook apps. I want to use it for making my own website in which case pinned navigation will be needed. I think you should keep it.
I do not want to encourage people ripping of facebook's design for their own websites. If you are building your own site, you should base it on bootstrap and develop your own styles.
I have developped fbootstrapp in the facebook look solely for facebook applications, since these are somewhat of a part of facebook's site.
My fear is that phishers could use fbootstrapp to trick people into entering their passwords off facebook.
@ckrack - I think you're absolute right. Filesize as well as the scamming aspect are two good reasons to drop support for the topnav. looking forward to that.
