Fixed in https://github.com/ckosmic/libsm64/commit/577dc02b47532609eadf12c76c64faca60265cde. It's still a little janky since it wasn't in the vanilla game originally, so Mario's model will still glitch out but it'll at least let you crawl under tighter spaces. Also it's a bit broken on the gm_construct secret room entrance
