Handle uncaught exceptions from Coverity that ran back on Boost 1.78 in the examples, as shown here.

Things have changed in Boost and wide-decimal has new experience on 1.79/1.80 dealintg with these in a more appropriate fashion.

For post-Boost1.80 simply eliminate exceptions (and RTTI) with the compiler options -fno-exceptions and -fno-rtti.
