Investigate needs for Pikapods support

similar to #206, Pikapods is a pretty neat paid alternative to self-hosting something like Yunohost. I gave it a shot with a couple RSS readers last fall and I liked the transparency and the free credits to try it out. Unfortunately (though fairly, since they're the ones hosting it) in the case of their app directory it seems to be something they manage themselves. There is a forum where you can request apps: https://feedback.pikapods.com/

But we're probably still immature enough as an app that we'd want to shore up some things before suggesting it. It may make sense to write to their support email and ask what all they would need to see, but off the top of my head things like:

• actual versioning
• a better upgrade path
• all configuration doable via a web interface (a la #6 and by extension #135)

but what else?
