updated inference code for mmagic and mmcv2.0

Nothing too complicated, updated inference code to work out of the box for mmagic + mmcv2.0 since the MMinferencer from mmagic wasn't really working as intended out of the box. I leave it to the author to edit the orignal readme.md file and mention this folder or something.

Most of the changes are very slight differences in code due to mmcv2.0. As things are now the user can position themselves in the updated_inference_code folder and run the same inference script and things should work* on mmcv2.0
