Ah, apologies. Seems there are some issues with 2.6.1.

Just to covers some bases:

  • Is there a specific page that triggers this error?
  • PHP version?

The error is triggered when create_fieldgroup runs. I am on PHP 5.4.4. I also tried on 5.3.14.
