Bug: Dropdown panel is partly hidden when screen size is not sufficient

Dropdown panel is partly hidden when screen size is not very wide, between 1100px and 1700px, see screenshot attached.

It appears that css variable --ck-toolbar-dropdown-max-width should be changed to 40vw instead of 60vw for screen size above 1100px.
