The entire tour balloon should be clickable.

ATM we have to click the cross to close the tooltip. Maybe we should make the entire content clickable because:
- Closing a tooltip is usually a quick, impulsive action. The user just wants to have it out of the editor view and he doesn't want to be forced to do any precise clicking.
- The content doesn't have any other functions it is not interactive, so there are no conflicts.
BUT If we want to extend the tooltip content at some point (for example add actual tour navigation), the clickable content will be debatable.
