ckeditor5 Support for pasting content from WPS

Edit by @jodator : Currently the WPS Office is not supported by the CKEditor 5 paste mechanism. It looks like WPS is creating content that is not fully compatible with CKEditor 5. We need to explore the possibility of improving it.

Side note: Adding more pasting compatibility layers requires refactoring of the paste from office behaviour (#2496).
