ckeditor5 Tooltip not visible on popup

I am using Ckeditor5 in my project and i am using it in a modal popup using renderAjax and in that i am having problem that my dropdown are not going outside the popup and also i have applied custom fullscreen plugin in popup when i do fullscreen then i can't see tooltip on any button as ( ck ck-balloon-panel ck-balloon-panel_arrowless ck-tooltip) these classes are applied and position is not changing it is set to top:-99999px left:-99999px but if i do fullscreen on normal page then i can see fullscreen as classes are different (ck ck-balloon-panel ck-balloon-panel_arrow_n ck-balloon-panel_with-arrow ck-tooltip)
