[Safari] Exiting dropdown menu causes the viewport to scrolls unexpectedly

📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

1. Open https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/examples/builds-custom/full-featured-editor.html on Safari.
2. Click a button that has a dropdown.
3. Click back on the editor.

✔️ Expected result

The viewport should not scroll (like in Chrome and Firefox).

❌ Actual result

The viewport scrolls unexpectedly.

❓ Possible solution

Might be related to issue #10588. Not a recent regression - this is also reproducible in our docs for v35.0.1 .
