Pressing backspace in code block scrolls the page to the start of the block instead of focusing on the caret

- Create a long code block that's longer than a page's height
- Scroll to the bottom of the code block
- Press
Backspaceon a line until the line is cleared
✔️ Expected result
The page should scroll to where the caret is; if the caret is still visible, do not scroll.
❌ Actual result
The page scrolled to the start of the block.
