[Safari] Dotted table border appears as squares instead of dots.

📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Open https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/examples/builds-custom/full-featured-editor.html.
  2. Insert a table.
  3. Choose the dotted border style for either the entire table or a specific cell.

✔️ Expected result

The border should consist of dots, similar to the appearance in Chrome.

❌ Actual result

The border is displayed as squares, rather than dots.

📃 Other details

  • Browser: Safari Version 16.5
  • OS: macOS 13.4 (22F66)
  • Not a regression.

Most likely nothing that we can solve (without styling hacks) as it's WebKit implementation of this style. Some workarounds are mentioned in the SO answers. I doubt we can fix this but we can keep it open to check the interest.
