Extra large caret when typing next to an 'in line' image in Safari

  1. Open https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/examples/builds/classic-editor.html
  2. Insert an image and apply the 'in line' option from the image toolbar
  3. Place focus on the image
  4. Press the right arrow and start typing

✔️ Expected result

The caret is the size of the text

The caret is the size of the image:
