Add imageResize by default to Classic build

📝 Provide a description of the new feature

I would like to add the imageResize functionality to @ckeditor/ckeditor5-build-classic, but the process of adding it is quite complex. I believe this is a common scenario in product usage, and I hope it can be added by default in the package.
