Toolbar is wrongly displayed in multiroot editor

1. Open the multiroot editor example from docs.
2. Add any long content.
3. Scroll down and up.

✔️ Expected result

The toolbar should be always visible in the same place.

❌ Actual result

The toolbar isn't always visible and sometimes jumps.
