Revisit the color picker focus issue on FF and iOS

Provide a description of the task

To solve the issue with #14109 and similar issue in FF, we introduced a temporary workaround: https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/blob/cbec931b8096a3c2dd3f93c09b75db8a96f36652/packages/ckeditor5-ui/src/colorpicker/colorpickerview.ts#L169-L173. We should revisit it and find a more robust solution (or at the very least understand what is going on).
