Is the information outdated? How?
The disableCommand() example can be replaced with https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/api/module_core_command-Command.html#function-forceDisabled. I think it's a leftover from the past when we didn't have this helper method, but I didn't read too deep into the guide so please be cautious when refactoring it.
