Caret is moved when clicking and typing too fast

See the repo I made to reproduce the problem.

Or test by hand:

1. Go to a CKEditor (v35.4.0)
2. Clear the editor so that it is empty
3. Put focus outside of the editor
4. Click in the editor and type some text (has to be really fast).

✔️ Expected result

Text typed in correct order.

❌ Actual result

Text is typed in a different order and caret is not at the end of the typed text.

• Browser: any
• OS: any
• First affected CKEditor version: 35.4.0 (was working fine on 35.3.2)
