font size input and auto detect

if some one is using the font size as numbers and not "small/large,," so it will be more accessibility to let user use input just like in word also if there will be input can add auto detect for font size on paste html to the editor for numbers arent in the list

btw there will be any feature of change the default px to pt? im using the map tip from #2295
