Table resize not working correctly when the CK editor's vertical scroll bar is scrolled in " RTL Mode Only "

1- put editor configuration in rtl mode in config.js ==> config.contentsLangDirection = 'rtl' . 2- try to create table and test resize table it work fine but if add a new comments and editor have scroll table resize doesn't work
