Provide description of the new feature
Ruler feature seems to be pretty popular and useful among text editors like MS Word, Google docs, etc. For a quick overview, the Ruler let you control the margins of the page and the indentation of paragraphs using small sliders above the editor.
There is already a community plugin named Simple-Ruler, however, we may decide that this feature should be a part of the CKEditor4 plugins library made by the core team.
For the best reference how the feature should work, we should do some wider research between text editors implementing this feature and decide to integrate the best parts of it.
The purpose of this feature request is to open discussion on how the Ruler could look like and more importantly if our community is missing this feature using CKEditor4.
Please, share your toughs about the feature and give this ticket :+1: if you are interested in it, or :-1: if you rather don't miss this feature when using CKEditor4.

Any response on this plugin request?
@jairo-ab Unfortunately, we don't have any plans to introduce that feature in CKEditor 4 at the moment. Just to let you know, the editor's end of life is scheduled for June 2023, so it's unlikely we will work on that feature. I can recommend looking into existing open-source add-ons, for example, https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/simple-ruler (I didn't test it, I'm not able to tell how good the plugin is, as it's 3rd party one).
