It would be good to unify inline editors styling

Now I see additional paddings, background colors, etc. These differs between the samples.

The styling should be unified so user learns "what's that box". Also, it should be pretty unique and perhaps it would be good if the box reacts on hover and focus (use cke_focus class for that).
