Extended the bot a bit

Thanks for the awesome bot first of all, i extended the bot a bit. He also now:

• Send a message on world save
• Send a message on player connect
• Send a message on player disconnect to discord.

Example

(That is pretty much all information i could find in the Valheim serverlogs. There might be more tho that don't show up on a new start.) The players will be shown with their steamprofile name upon connect/disconnect in discord (implemented steamapi for this).

I'm new to Github and not sure if it's allowed to reupload edited code here. If the ckbaudio gives me the permission i can upload and link it, otherwise i'm happy to send it to you (ckbaudio) instead. The API can be used to pull a lot more information about players and send it to discord, if wanted.

You can simply do a fork of the script and upload to your tree your changes
