Check and Patch stuck at 4%

Hello,

I have run the application and successfully browsed for the files I would like to check/patch. Whenever I choose the option to check or patch the process starts, however, it stops at 4% and won't progress. I have left it running overnight but it never progressed over 4%.

Any idea why this might be?
