Do I need to set up something? Where are the pages stored? How do I access the pages?

From an admin perspective using this extension I would like to know how the pages integrate with the template stuff. Is it possible to overwrite something using my custom template from my custom extension, for example in order to add Disqus comment block or to add a snippet?
