Harvester job status reporting improvement

There is currently no way to validate as a normal user a number of things.

• Are there a large number of harvest jobs in the queue preventing my job from starting?
• How much longer will it take my job to finish?
• Is my job stuck?

A more robust status page on an incomplete job could give a user much more insight into the status of the job. A bar representing the status of the number of harvest jobs that have been processed or not would be extremely helpful for many admin's evaluating if a job needs any manual intervention, or just simply counts.
