feat: Set bot to restart at 1hr mark

Describe the Feature Request

When searching for snipes the bot can go to the 2-3-4hr mark etc but most cards such as icons are sniped by that time. Is there a way to get the bot to restart the search once it gets to the 1hr mark or can we get it to search specific time periods?

Describe the Use Case

When searching, the bot scans for the 59min and will search from there up to the 1hr mark where it will then restart.
