They've claimed to ban me for not being able to solve the captcha multiple times and I've never been late / not solved a captcha.

I've just received the exact same thing. Ban because captchas weren't solved apparently. I'm always at the computer when it's running and doesn't know what to do. Even if I know what the software does in this situation I can try to explain to EA it was me doing it? Let me know if you have any luck please

The ban-claim is the default claim which comes up when an account is banned. But I guess ea is try hiding the real reason why accounts gettting banned...
