[Feature Request] Buy Price to Include FUTBIN Prices

We can now sell at percent price of FUTBIN which is awesome!

Would love to buy at percent price of FUTBIN as well.

Perhaps even an option to buy at no more than FUTBIN price as well in case prices change and we use a filter that includes a player who's price has dropped. As a safety thing.
