Callout icons not rendering in reading mode

Hi for some reason callout icons aren't showing in reading mode about 90% of the time. Reloading/reopening the page doesn't fix it. Image shown in sandbox vault.

Edit: this is using Obsidian V1.5.1, but it was the same before with 1.4.16 image

Hi, sorry for the long response time, I have made some changes in 0.9.0 that may have resolved this issue as I no longer see it occurring on my end. If you're still using the plugin you can check to see if it is fixed, I'll keep this issue open for the time being.
