Chess with Death loc issue

RIP.30228 and RIP.30230 use GetFromRootInsult/GetRootFromInsult, which break without From being Death. Either the localisation needs to be rewritten to account for this (the two "Get"s aren't customizable localisation, so it's not just copy-paste with an event target), or the RIP.30221 ping event needs to be partially restored.

On further investigation, some of the other "Chess with Death" events localisation also assumes Death is From rather than an event target, so the localisation could use a look regardless.
