Jewish crusade weights are odd

The Jewish religion (and its heresies, but those can't wage GHWs) does not have crusade weights for d_jerusalem, c_jerusalem, or k_israel. Seeing as they only can unlock their GHWs after recreating k_israel, which removes the de jure of k_jerusalem (which they do have a high crusade weight for) from existence, this means that if they lose Israel to religious enemies it's not considered a high priority target.

Suggested fix: Add a high jewish_group crusade weight -- at least as high as the current one for k_jerusalem -- to k_israel. Maybe add weights for d_jerusalem and c_jerusalem as well, so that if there are multiple valid crusade targets holding part of the kingdom Jerusalem itself has a higher weight.
