Troop stats question

In the defines, stats of regular troop types were generally increased. At the same time, stats of special troops (common/special_troops/00_special_troops.txt) weren't changed and, because of that, they likely became comparatively weak. Is it intended?

And a suggestion. For some reason, camel cavalry doesn't get any modifiers from any terrain except desert both in vanilla and in the mod. Maybe that should be changed and the modifiers should be added (for example, modifiers for strait and river crossing)?
