[BUG] Settings window is blank

Bug Description

I can see the settings window, but this is totally empty. If I hover the mouse I can see it's changing as though there is a button under it. So elements are not being drawn. I tried with version 0.6 and 0.6.2

Operating System:

Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon

CPU: Intel© Core™ Ultra 9 285K × 1

GPU:

NVIDIA RTX 5090

Note that I don't see any errors popping up when I run it on the terminal.

Also try the .deb version. It still doesn't show anything on the settings window.

I've seen this happen before, not sure exactly the cause. @conan747 if you are able can you build from source and see if it's helpful?

Not sure if this is a known Tauri issue or not. But yeah this should not be happening and does need a fix
