Hey, so overall this is far too much to go over, but I've been maintaining a personal fork for a pretty long while. I doubt this gets merged in, but mainly just making this PR in hopes anyone who needs this can find it. Fork - https://github.com/56kyle/cookiecutter-hypermodern-python

Also, I've been working on a modern template in hopes of doing this one justice. I would really appreciate any advice, feedback, help, etc on it!
