Netlify not auto-configured with toml settings

Thanks for this tool it's great!! I'm using the bookmarklet and I'm impressed.

FYI.

When first deploying via Netlify it won't load the page.

The build settings were blank, so I added what you had in the .toml, and the build worked.

Also you have an identical repo send-to-workflowy-1 you may want to delete.

Where is send-to-workflowy-1? I don't see that anywhere...

The TOML is present, it's just not getting picked up when deploying to Netlify.

I have moved netlify.toml to the top of the repository and it worked!
