What about disabling usbs?

How do you feel about adding disabling usbs to this library?

I definitely think disabling USB has a place here. When I originally released PowerControl, in my release blogpost I mentioned quite a few things I wanted to investigate as additional features, and disabling USB was one of them. I haven't actually done any investigation since release though. Do you know of a good way to disable USB? Feel free to comment any relevant information in this issue, or even open a pull request if you would like to implement it yourself 🙂
