uv python list report error

when i run the uv python list  i have install the python with windows store, the location at C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.12_3.12.2288.0_x64__qbz5n2kfra8p0

`uv remove` could avoid erroring when extras are included

 i have install the tortoise-orm[asyncmy] with uv success, but when i try to remove it, it report that error

uv sync dosn't install anything
