<pre> element disables collapsing grid for mobile

Long blocks of code in the <pre> element aren't initializing a horizontal scrollbar and prevent the container from collapsing for mobile.

Example: Navigate to the Forms page in Visual Stack and resize the browser width. <pre> text overflow should scroll horizontally.
