How to pip audio with jack?

Hello, I am having trouble to find a workaround to manage to pip the sound out of CubisSdr 0.2.6 through jack with ubuntu so it goes in my audio software. I probably missed something out but i found nothing on how to do this online? I tried plugging a sound card but it didn't change and doesn't appear in the list in the audio sample rate menu " hw:HDA Intel PCH,0" here is what i do: 1/I start qjackctl 2/ Start CubicSDR 3/ sound comes out of my computer (i guess through pulseaudio) 4/ In jack Cubic doesn't appear or isn't recognised.
