I honestly don't remember (this was after all 2,5 years ago, and not done by me). There are no big changes so probably quite trivial to redo.

For anyone reading this @Salahq 's instructions worked for me - thanks! Obviously there are other issues as well, but it's a good thing to try.

I don't know about the other maintainers but we have no such plans atm. Is be happy to review a PR though in case you'd like to take a stab...
