No, it's not implemented in gotop. But there is a fork of gotop that has a config file implementation and I linked it above.
Similar issue to #41, and I've opened an issue in rust-psutil for it here: https://github.com/rust-psutil/rust-psutil/issues/76
I think this is a duplicate of #48. I just updated its issue title so it's easier to find in the future.
Fixed per @Emantor's suggestions.
