Support long tweets

For compatibility with older clients, long tweets put a truncated version of the text in the text field, and the untruncated version in an optional extended_tweet.full_text field. Twitter watch should use the latter if it exists. https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/tweets/tweet-updates
