Connection status light

Adds status light next to mute button that changes color based on connection state. if connected, connecting, or waiting to retry, clicking it disconnects. If manually disconnected or retry attempts were exhausted, clicking it reconnects. Fixes #299.

I could change it to try to connect immediately if you click the light while waiting to reconnect. That seems more likely to be what someone would want to do in that situation.
